The Cireong River in Ciamis is a natural, clear, fresh river. The water flows directly from Mount Sawal in Ciamis. You just have to choose where to play. If you want to go deeper, you have to walk up a bit near the bamboo bridge.
It's not very deep, just a meter, there are large rocks spread out, creating a kind of small pool. I saw lots of kids freediving there.
I jumped right in. It was so refreshing! The water was cool, typical of the mountains. There wasn't much trash either. I noticed plenty of trash bins around. It's just the tourists, whether they're disciplined or not.
After soaking for a while, you'll be hungry. The cold mountain breeze makes your body shiver.
We went to a food stall, but unfortunately they didn't sell nasi liwet. They also sold fried foods and instant noodles on site. They also provided a rinsing area for Rp 2,000 per bath.
Cireong River Nature Tourism, Sukaresik
The Cireong River Nature Tourism offers clear, refreshing river water, coupled with numerous rocks along the river, making it a popular photo spot for visitors.
Access to Cireong Nature Tourism
Visiting Cireong Nature Tourism is easy; you'll first need to head to Sindangkasih. The route is also not far, just 5 km from the Sindangkasih national highway. Vehicle access is also quite adequate, as the road to the Cireong River is paved.
Cireong Ciamis Entrance Fee
To enjoy the beauty of Cireong Nature Tourism, visitors are charged Rp. 3,000 per person. Vehicles can be parked upstairs in the tourist area. However, if the area is crowded, they will be diverted to parking near the main gate.

Well, for those of you who like traveling with your family, this is the perfect destination. Near the parking area, there's a swimming pool and a children's play area. If you want to swim, there's an entrance fee of IDR 15,000 per person. There's also a karaoke room for those who enjoy singing.

The main attraction of the Cireong Tourism Park is not just the photo opportunities; visitors are also treated to the crystal-clear river, which offers a great place to play in the water. Furthermore, enjoying a "botram" (a Sundanese term for communal eating) by the riverbank is a truly enjoyable experience.
For selfie enthusiasts, there are several attractive spots with beautiful river backdrops. Choose your favorite spot, as there are several spots to choose from. Before the government took over, access to the natural beauty of the Cireong River was free.
